My experience is in Critical Care Nursing where I have spent 15 years in Hospital ICU/Cardiac Care.  My last five years in Nursing were spent as Charge Nurse of PACU (Post Anesthesia Care Unit).  Teaching presents a challenge as well, but of a different nature-the challenge of whether you have made a difference in the lives of students seeking to enter the field of Medicine.  That is my desire!
