Mr. B. Guerry

Welcome to the DCIT website.  I am Bert Guerry the Director of the DCIT.  This is the fourth year the DCIT has been open and we expect this year to be our best.  We are expecting over 1500 students on campus to take part in a variety of programs that range from Welding and Automotive Technology to Engineering Design, Health Science Education and Business.

I have a B.S. in Business Administration and a Masters in Education  from the University of South Carolina.  I have been a high school principal and I enjoyed that period of my life.  The four years I have been in the DCSD and at the DCIT have been extremely enjoyable. 

We have a beautiful campus, an excellent faculty, and the best students in Darlington County.  Please take time to visit the DCIT and see the amazing things our students (your children) learn, design and build in the different programs of study.
